Or Mama’s and grandmamas were those extraordinary women in our lives who had the time to run their home, stock that magically full pantry, cook from scratch every night, and still laugh heartily when we all gathered at her table.

Times have changed, and our role at home are completely different. I don’t want or have the kind of time to dedicate to my home like my Mama did. I am out and about getting it done and have no desire to suck down my entire day in the kitchen. However, I still harbor this fantasy that I need to whisk out of the kitchen like a 1950’s sitcom mom with a fresh apron, smile, and big platter of my family’s favorite dish still exists.

Our solution:

to utilize all my culinary expertise to develop High Quality, Crave Worthy meal components that allow me to rush into the kitchen with only a handful of ingredients, 30 minutes to prep, and minimal mess. Voila - Dinner is served just like my Mama had in her checkboard kitchen all those years ago. Join me and laugh heartily around your table.

Origin Story:

Twenty-five years ago, Amalia and Florencia, and mother daughter team, started their all-natural prepared foods company GoodHeart in their black and white checkerboard pattered kitchen. As working moms, they yearned for high quality foods that were versatile, allowing them to create their favorite dishes quickly. Each product originated in their kitchen that allows you to create enticing homemade meals that will draw your family around the table.
